Events and tournament basics

We host social events, beginner-friendly tournaments, and a few bigger annual gatherings. The events page lists what is on the calendar with the date, the time, and who it is for.

Some events are open to anyone, some are members-only, and some are perfect for friends who want to try Mahjong for the first time together. The event card will say.

Tournaments are friendlier than they sound. There is a format, there are brackets — but mostly there is good company. If you have never played in one, ask us; we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit for where you are.

If the page does not show an event you were expecting, registration may not be open yet. Check back, or sign up for the newsletter on the homepage and we will tell you when it opens.
