Booking sessions and waitlist basics
How to book a class or open play seat, and what to do when a session is full.
Sessions, booking, and waitlist
Each class and open play time is its own session card with a date, a time, and a price. Open the card to see who it is for and how many seats are left, then pick the button that fits — book a seat, join the waitlist, or sign in if you are a member.
Payment is collected at the time of booking, membership signup, preorder, product purchase, or in-person checkout.
Booking for friends or family? On a class page, use Register attendees only when you are paying for the whole group in one order. If everyone wants to pay for themselves, share the link instead and ask them to book on their own account.
If the session is full, you can join the waitlist. If a seat opens up, we will email you and hold it for a short window so you can grab it. If you cannot make it in time, the seat moves to the next person.
Plans change. You can cancel from your dashboard before the session starts. Please give us a heads-up if you cannot make it — repeated no-shows make it harder for the next person on the waitlist.
Something looking off — a seat that should be yours, a charge that does not match? Ask the studio →. We will sort it out with you.
